in japan, i would often see strange signs and product names. i figured it was because our cultures were so different… but oddly enough, since i have been here in australia, i have found some strange signs and products here too. i posted some picts of some funny signs i found, after we first moved here… well here is round two:
I love the chicken sign. As retailers, we know that .98 or .99 always sells best!!
And…the pun on “good fellers” is great!
As for Mr. Yummy…did no one see it…or is it just us?
i didn’t realize that a “feller” is a person who cuts trees… now that sign makes sense and is quite good!
i think the guy who runs the mr. yummy van is a dirty old man…
